Our breakfast

The day starts with fresh rolls and cold cuts, supplied by the Paul Butchery, which, like all our suppliers, is committed to sustainability. The meat comes from the immediate vicinity and is refined only with natural spices - without artificial additives. You prefer it sweet? Then you can look forward to jam and honey from the Honig-Hof Göken. Coffee from the Fulda coffee roastery Reinholz, milk from regional farms, tea from Bioteaque and muesli from best Müsli rounds off your breakfast perfectly. Our range of vegan and lactose-free products is also constantly being revised and expanded.

Hot meals

If you stay with us, you are also welcome to enjoy our dinner - whether you prefer it classic, vegetarian or vegan. Here, too, our kitchen team relies on regional products and natural processing. Of course, we take possible allergies or intolerances of our guests into account. In addition, we offer our conference guests an individually tailored lunch.

You don’t have time for breakfast or want to take a little something with you on the go? Feel free to contact us the day before and we will prepare an individual lunch package for you.

Opening hours

BREAKFAST: Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. || Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

LUNCH: Exclusively for our conference guests after individual arrangement.

The opening hours for our restaurant vary. House guests can find out the current opening hours at our reception. 

Our suppliers

We use mostly local products in the preparation of our meals and drinks.
